经尿道电切加气化治疗浅表膀胱癌

目的　探讨浅表性膀胱癌的有效手术方式。方法　采用经尿道电切术结合气化术治疗浅表性膀胱癌31例,术后定期随访辅以膀胱内药物灌注以防复发。结果　31例膀胱肿瘤均一次切除,平均手术时间为35min ,无膀胱穿孔等严重并发症,30例患者随访1～4年,术后复发3例(10 % )。结论　经尿道电切和气化结合治疗浅表性膀胱癌是一种安全、有效、简单、并发症少的手术方法。

Combined electro-vaporization and transurethral resection of superficial bladder tumor

Objective To study valid therapeutic means for superficial bladder tumor.Metho d Clinical data of 3l cases of superficial blaader tumor treated wit h transurethral resection and transurethral vaporization were analyzed.Follow-H P was carried out with postoperative intravesical therapy for preventing the rec urrence.Results All of the tumor were resected in one-s tage.the mean time of operation was 35 minutes.There were no bladder perforati on and serious complications.30 cases were followed up for l to 4 years,the nu mber of recurrence was 3 cases after the operation.Conclusion Our results show that the combination of transurethral resection with vapo rization is a safe effective and simple method for the treatment of superficial bladder tumor with less complication.
