乌拉地尔对风心病肺动脉高压及血气的影响

目的：观察乌拉地尔对合并有肺动脉高压的风心病病人右心血流动力学及动脉血气的影响。方法：以风心病继发肺动脉高压的34例病人为研究对象，观察静脉注射0.4mg/kg乌拉地尔前、后10min、40min、60min右心血流动力学参数、体循环血压及动脉血气的变化。结果：乌拉地尔能显著降低风心病病人的肺动脉压、肺循环阻力、肺毛细血管楔嵌压及体循环血压，但对肺循环的影响要明显强于体循环，并几乎不引起心率，心输出量及动脉血气的改变。无严重副反应性。结论：乌拉地尔治疗术前风心病肺动脉高压可能有很好的临床效果。

Effects of urapidil on pulmonary hypertension and blood gas in rheumatic heart disease

Objective: To investigate the hemodynamic effects of right heart and changes of blood gas in rheumatic heart disease with pulmonary hypertension by urapidil. Methods: 34 patients suffering from varying degrees of pulmonary hypertension due to rheumatic heart disease were included in the study.Each patient received 0.4mg/kg urapidil by intravenous injection.In all patients,the hemodynamic record and blood gas test were performed before and 10,40,60 minutes after urapidil injection. Results: Pulmonary arterial pressure?pulmonary vascular resistance,pulmonary capillary wedge pressure and systemic arterial pressure were decreased after urapidil injection.The reduction of resistance in the pulmonary vascular bed was greater than that of systemic circulation.There were no significant alterations in heart rate,cardiac output and arterial blood gas.No serious side-effects were observed in the study. Conclusion:Urapidil may be a promising drug in the treatment of patients with pulmonary hypertension due to rheumatic heart disease.
