中药汤剂联合西医治疗胸膜炎对照研究

[目的]观察中药汤剂联合西医治疗胸膜炎疗效。[方法]将我院90例胸膜炎患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,对照组45例采用西医常规脱水、止血、消炎、抑酸等,加强营养支持治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用中药汤剂(药用沙参、柴胡、葶苈子、益母草、麦冬、茯苓,等)。两组疗程均为2-6周为1疗程,治疗1疗程后进行疗效判定。[结果]治疗组总有效率93.33%,对照组总有效率80.00%,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。复查X线临床症状消,病情基本稳定。治疗组药物性肝损害4例,对照组药物性肝损害3例,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]中西医结合治疗胸膜炎能相互协调,共奏补虚、活血、行气、利水的功效,达到标本兼治之功。

Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction Combined with Western Medicine Treatment of Pleurisy with Case-control Study

[Objective] To observe the curative effect of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of pleurisy decoction.[Methods] 90 patients in our hospital with pleurisy patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,45 cases in the control group using conventional western medicine dehydration,hemostatic,antiphlogistic,acid suppression,enhancement of nutritional support treatment,the treatment group combined with Decoction of Radix Bupleuri,(medical,tansymustard seed,motherwort,Ophiopogon japonicus,tuckahoe,etc.).Two groups were treated for 2 to 6 weeks for 1 courses of treatment,after 1 courses of treatment for therapeutic efficacy.[Results] The total effective rate of treatment group 93.33%,control group in the total efficiency of 80%,the treatment group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Review of radiologic clinical symptoms disappear,basically stable condition.Treatment of drug-induced liver damage in 4 cases of the control group,3 cases of drug induced liver disease,the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).[Conclusion] Combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of pleurisy can coordinate with each other,played a total of tonic,promoting blood circulation,gas,and water efficiency,achieve both the root causes of power.
