| 摘 要： | 目的评价哌拉西林/他唑巴坦(特治星)治疗老年患者医院获得性肺炎的疗效与安全性.方法经验性选择哌拉西林/他唑巴坦治疗老年患者医院获得性肺炎回顾总结110例.结果治疗有效率90.9%,细菌清除率91.4%,不良反应率4.5%.结论哌拉西林/他唑巴坦治疗老年患者医院获得性肺炎疗效显著,具有高效安全的特点.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety in treating nosocomial pneumonia in senile (patients) with piperacillin/tazobactam. METHODS A retrospective analysis was made on 110 senile patients treated empirically with piperacillin/tazobactam. RESULTS The total effective rate was 90.9%, the bacteria eradication rate was 91.4%, the rate of adverse reactions occurring was 4.5%. CONCLUSIONS Piperacillin/tazobactam is a highly effective and safe agent in the treatment of nosocomial pneumonia in senile patients. |
