出血性脑梗死24例临床分析

目的：探讨梗死后出血（亦称出血性脑梗死hemorrhagic infarction．HI）的发生规律和临床特点。方法：对24例HI的临床资料进行分析。结果：24例占同期住院脑梗死470例的5．1％，入院时即诊断为HI 4例，另20例入院时诊断为脑梗死。梗死部位位于前循环者20例，其中大脑皮质10例，基底节区6例，半卵圆中心4例；梗死部位位于后循环者4例，均为小脑梗死。在20例脑梗死患者的常规治疗过程中16例病情无好转或加重，通过复查头颅CT发现为HI。经调整治疗20例预后较好，4例死亡，病死率为16．7％。结论：①梗死后出血临床表现不典型；②应适时复查头颅CT；③慎用降纤治疗。

Analysis of the clinical features in 24 cases of hemorrhagic infarction
