| 摘 要： | 目的 观察不同因素对重组腺病毒转染效率的影响。方法 以重组腺病毒去感染小鼠T淋巴瘤细胞株EL 4,加入不同的刺激因子和lipofectamine,通过计数X gal染色阳性细胞数测定转染效率。结果 rmIL 2 ,植物血凝素均不能改善重组腺病毒对EL 4的感染效率 ,而阳离子脂质体可以明显提高重组腺病毒对EL 4的感染效率。结论 可以利用阳离子脂质体来提高重组腺病毒的转染效率。

| Abstract: | AIM To observe the influence of different factors on the efficacy of recombinant adenoviral transfection. METHOD Recombinant adenovirus adjuncted with different reagents was used to infect murine lymphoma cell line EL 4. The efficacy of transfection was detected by counting the X gal staining positive cells. RESULT rmIL 2 and PHA could not increase the efficacy of transfection with recombinant adenovirus, yet the transfection efficiency of recombinant adenovirus could be enhanced by lipofectamine markedly. CONCLUSION Lipofectamine may be used as a tool to enhance the efficacy of transfection with recombinant adenovirus. |
