早期乳腺癌的钼铑双靶X线诊断

目的提高钼铑双靶x线对早期乳腺癌诊断的准确性。方法对11例经手术及病理证实早期乳腺癌x线征象进行回顾性分析。结柴早期乳腺癌征象：泥沙样微细钙化6例，x线未见明确肿块或结节而钙化灶为惟一恶性征象4例；非对称性密度增高3例；乳腺结构扭曲紊乱1例；局限性皮肤增厚伴乳头下陷1例。结论（1）泥沙样微细钙化仍是早期乳腺癌重要的诊断依据，甚至比直接征象（肿块）更具特异性。（2）非对称性局限性致密、乳腺结构局部扭曲紊乱，在排除炎症和手术史后，应考虑乳腺癌可能。（3）除恶性钙化外，大于两种间接征象并存时，应高度重视，予以进一步检查或短期复查。

Molybdenum and rhodium target radiography diagnosis of early breast cancer

Aim To improve the diagnostic accuracy of molybdenum and rhodium target radiography for early breast carcinoma. Method The mammographic manifestations of 11 patients with early breast cancer were confirmed by surgery and pathology was analyzed retrospectively, Result X-ray signs were as follows ： sand-like microcalcification 6 cases ; asymmetrical and localizer increased densities 1 case ;Appeared thickened skin and the infundibular sign 1 case. Conclusion First, microcalcification is an important X-ray sign for diagnosing early breast cancer, which is the characteristic sign of the disease. Second, early breast cancer should be considered when asymmetrical and localized increased densities are present and no history of mastitis or biopsy exists. Third, if over two indirect signs exist, it is necessary to make further examination or examine again with radiography,except for malignant calcification.
