| 摘 要： | 目的了解温州口岸出入境人员中梅毒的发生情况及其在该人群中的分布情况。方法对 2000．11-2004．10从温州口岸出入境的89 103名人员用甲苯胺红不加热血清试验(TRUST)进行初筛,阳性者血清采用梅毒螺旋体被动明胶凝集试验(TPPA)进行确认。结果从89103名出入境人员中检出梅毒感染者132名,感染率为0．148％。结论加强对出入境人员进行梅毒检测具有重要意义,强化对该人群的卫生宣传教育是预防性传播疾病(STD)的重要手段。

| Abstract: | Objective Get to know the results of syphilitic detection among the entry-exit travellers. Methods Analysis on the results of examining syphilis among 89 103 the entry-exit travellers from November 2000 to October 2004 in Wenzhou Port. Results 132 cases of syphilis were found among 89 103 the entry-exit travellers, the syphilitic positive rate was 0.148%. Conclusion We must strengthen travellers' blood test screening and surveillance. It is important to control transmittment of syphilis from the travellers. |
