| 摘 要： | 目的分析研究百多邦联合尤卓尔治疗脓疱疮的临床效果，以提高患者的生活质量。方法回顾性分析2011年6月至2012年6月期间在我院治疗的72例脓疱疮患者的临床资料。72例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各36例，治疗组给予百多邦联合尤卓尔治疗，对照组单独使用百多邦治疗，疗程均为7d。观察2组临床疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率为97．22％，对照组总有效率为83．33％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组患者均无严重不良反应发生。结论百多邦联合尤卓尔治疗脓疱疮疗效显著，安全性好，值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective Analysis of the study the Bactroban United Zhuoer treatment of impetigo clinical effect. Methods 72 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 36 cases each, the treatment group received Bactroban joint Zhuoer treatment the control group used alone Bactroban treatment, the course of treatment was 7 d. Observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions. Results The total effective rate was 97. 22% in the control group, the total effective rate was 83.33%, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Bactroban treatment of joint Zhuoer, impetigo significant effect, safetygood, worthy of clinical application. |
