自制负压瓶密闭引流治疗高位肛周脓肿的可行性研究

目的研究自制负压瓶密闭引流治疗高位肛周脓肿的可行性和临床价值。方法采用随机对照试验,对60例高位肛周脓肿患者施行手术治疗,治疗组30例,对照组30例。对两组患者术后切口愈合时间、住院时间、术后1～15d每晚疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）和术后6个月肛瘘发生率、肛门功能后遗症发生率进行比较。结果术后7～15dVAS评分、住院时间、切口愈合时间治疗组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论自制负压瓶密闭引流治疗高位肛周脓肿在保证治愈率的同时,能显著减轻患者痛苦,缩短治愈时间,具有明显优势。

The feasibility of vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of high perianal abscess by using homemade negative pressure drainage bottle

Objective This study was performed to investigate the feasibility and clinical value of vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of high perianal abscess by using the negative pressure drainage bottle made by ourselves. Methods The 60 cases of patients with high perianal abscess were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group（n=30） and control group（n=30）. The two groups were compared in some aspects,such as wound healing time, hospitalization time, 15 days pain visual analog scale （VAS） after surgery,incidence of anal fistula and anal function sequelae of the cured patients after 6 months. Results To compared in other aspects, such as 7 to 15 days VAS score after surgery, hospitalization time, wound healing time,the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）. Conclusion The vacuum sealing drainage by using the homemade negative pressure drainage bottle can ensure the cure rate, and significantly reduce patient suffering, shorten healing time. It is an effective method to cure the high perianal abscess.
