| 摘 要： | 目的观察曲美他嗪治疗冠心病伴慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法将90例冠心病合并慢性心力衰竭的患者随机分为对照组和观察组，观察3个月。结果在心功能改善及左室射血分数的改变方面，观察组的疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论常规药物联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病伴慢性心力衰竭是一种疗效确切，安全简便的方法，值得临床推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective Observed trimetazidine clinical efficacy for the treatment of coronary artery disease and chronic heart failure. Methods 90 cases of coronary heart disease associated with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into a control group and observation group, observed for 3 months. Results Heart function improvement and ejection fraction changes in the observation group were significantly better than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conchsion Conventional combination drug trimetazidine treatment of coronary artery disease and chronic heart failure is a curative effect, safe and easy way, worthy of clinical use. |
