免钛夹腹腔镜阑尾切除术181例报告

目的:探讨免钛夹腹腔镜阑尾切除术的临床疗效及操作技巧。方法:回顾分析为181例患者行腹腔镜阑尾切除术的临床资料,术中均使用普通丝线结扎处理阑尾系膜及根部。结果:181例手术均顺利完成,无一例中转开腹。手术时间平均42 min,术后当天即可下床活动,术后当天或次日肠功能恢复,平均住院4 d,无一例发生切口感染等并发症。术后随访1~12个月,平均6个月,均无明显不适。结论:免钛夹腹腔镜阑尾切除术患者疼痛更轻,术后切口愈合好,患者康复快,并发症少,成本更低,更易于接受,适于基层医院推广应用。

Clinical report of 181 cases underwent laparoscopic appendectomy without titanium clip

Objective：To explore the clinical effect and operating technique of laparoscopic appendectomy without titanium clip.Methods：The clinical data of 181 patients with laparoscopic appendectomy were analyzed retrospectively.The appendix and mesentery was ligated by ordinary silk in all cases.Results：All operations were successful without converted to open surgery The mean operating time was 42 min.On the day of operation,all patients done ambulation after surgery.The restoration of intestinal function occurred on the day of operation or the next day.No complications including infection were occurred.No complaints were observed during the follow-up（1 month to 12 months,mean 6 months）.Conclusions：laparoscopic appendectomy without titanium clip achieves less pain,faster recovery,less complications less cost and more acceptable,deserving promotion in the primary hospital.
