腹膜后腹腔镜手术治疗肾上腺肿瘤的疗效分析

目的:探讨腹膜后腹腔镜手术治疗肾上腺肿瘤的临床疗效。方法:回顾分析2000年9月至2012年6月收治的50例肾上腺肿瘤患者的临床资料。25例行开放手术(对照组),25例行腹膜后腹腔镜手术(实验组),对比分析两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术中输血量、术后引流量、住院时间及术后并发症发生率等指标。结果:实验组在手术时间、术中出血量、术中输血量、术后引流量、住院时间及术后并发症发生率等方面均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相较开放手术,腹膜后腹腔镜手术治疗肾上腺肿瘤显著缩短了手术时间、住院时间,切口长度减小,术中出血量减少,避免了术中输血,值得推广应用。

Efficacy of retroperitoneal laparoscopy for the treatment of adrenal gland neoplasms

Objective：To investigate efficacy of retroperitoneal laparoscopy for the treatment of adrenal gland neoplasms.Methods：The clinical data of 50 patients who were adopted by our hospital for adrenal gland tumors from Sep.2000 and Jun.2012 were analyzed retrospectively.25 patients who underwent open surgery were allocated to the control group,while another 25 patients who underwent retroperitoneal laparoscopy were allocated into the experimental group.The operation duration,intraoperative blood loss,transfusion volume,postoperative drainage volume,and complications of both groups were compared.Results：The experimental group is significantly superior to the control group on all index mentioned above（P0.05）.Conclusions：Compared with the traditional open surgery,retroperitoneal laparoscopy can shorten operation time and hospital stay,decrease intraoperative blood loss and transfusion rates,and has better cosmetic results.
