自身骨髓移植支持下超大剂量氨甲蝶呤联合阿霉素化疗

观察大鼠海马发育过程中穿孔突触的超微结构，探讨中枢神经系统发育和可塑性过程中穿孔突触的作用。方法：透射电镜技术。结果：３０日龄幼年大鼠海马内穿孔突触的突触小泡大而清亮，突触后致密物上的孔洞多为１个，存在典型的突触小泡偏心现象和双头突触。结论：穿孔突触与中枢神经系统的发育和可塑性过程有关。

Super high-dose methotrexate and adriamycin chemotherapy with autologous bone marrow transplantation

Objective: To study the super high-dose methotrexate and adriamycin chemotherapy withautologous bone marrow transplantation. Methotls: The chemotherapy carried on 7 patients withmalignant tumor, of whom 6 were with metastatic tumor. The autologous bone marrow was harvestedbefore chemotherapy and reinfused after chemotherapy. Methotrexate 500 mg/kg, adriamycin 25 mg/m2- 75 mg/m2 and vinceistin 1. 5 mg/m2 were used in the chemotherapy. Results: The 7 patientsresponded to the chemotherapy well. They had mild nausea, vomiting and drug eruption. 4 patientshad temporary elevation of ALT, or AST. 2 patients had mild bone marrow suppression(WHO grade1/2) and 3 patients had severe bone marrow suppression(WHO grade 3/4). They all recovered in 3weeks without granulocyte colony-stimulating factor. There were no infection and sepsis. 1 patientshad severe mucositis. The tumor had various degrees of reduction in 2 pulmonary metastastic tumorsand 1 local tumor, and 2 other tumors were calcified. Conclusion: Super high-dose methotrexate andadriamycin chemotherapy has good response and is safe with autologous bone marrow transplantation.This regimen is worth further studying.
