| 摘 要： | 对非线性过程按米氏方程消除的药物，本文先给出ｎ次静脉推注药物浓度的解析表达式；然后，进一步研究多剂给药的稳态特性，给出了稳态药物浓度、最高坪水平、最低坪水平、平均稳态药物浓度、达坪分数和积累系数等的解析表达式；并讨论了它们在制定最佳用药方案中的应用。

| Abstract: | In this paper,for the nonlinear pro-cess of the Michaelis-Menten elimination drugs,wefirst workout an analytical expression of the drug con-centration after n times of intravenous in lection. Thenwe study the steady-state characteristics of mutiple in-travenous dosing and give the analytical expressions to-the steady-state drug concentration,the maxinum,theminimum, the average drug concentration at steadystate,the fraction reaching plateau concentration andthe accumulation coeffient.Their application to theformation of the optimal dosage regimen is also dis- cussed. |
