腰椎牵引治疗椎间盘源性腰痛的初步疗效观察

目的探讨应用腰椎牵引治疗椎间盘源性腰痛的初步疗效。方法42例椎间盘源性腰痛患者随机分为1组22例,仅接受中药蜡疗治疗,2组20例接受腰椎牵引和中药蜡疗治疗。观察治疗后VAS评分及患者主观满意度的变化。结果42例随访3个月。依据VAS评分系统评定,术前2组VAS评分为6.2±2.6分,1组VAS评分为5.6±2.6分,术后3个月VAS评分为2组2.7±2.5分,1组为3.0±2.6分。患者主观满意度治疗组与对照组均在90%以上。结论在此组研究中,腰椎牵引未能提高椎间盘源性腰痛的临床疗效。

The Primary Efficacy of Lumbar Traction for the Treatment of Discogenic Low Back Pain

Objective To explore the primary clinical efficacy in the treatment of discogenic low back pain by lumbar traction. Methods Forty-two patients with discogenic low back pain were randomly assigned into group 1,twenty-two patients of group 2 receiving only paraffin therapy with Chinese traditional medicine,twenty patients receiving lumbar traction and paraffin therapy with Chinese traditional medicine. The VAS（visual analog scale） and satisfaction rate were completed to evaluate change of pain and improvement of life. Results Forty-twelve cases were followed up for 3 months. Pre-treatment and posttreatment VAS scores of Group 2 was 6. 2 ± 2. 6 and 2. 7 ± 2. 5,and VAS scores of group 1 was 5. 6 ± 2. 6 and 3. 0 ± 2. 6. The satisfaction rate both was above 90% . Conclusion Lumbar traction hasn＇t obvious efficacy for the patients with discogenic low back pain in our study groups.
