小牛血清眼膏治疗角膜病

目的：观察在常规用药的基础上加用小牛血清眼膏治疗角膜病的疗效。方法：由各种病因所致的角膜病变７５人（男性４５例，女性３０例，年龄４３±ｓ１０ａ）１１１眼，在常规用药的基础上联合应用小牛血清眼膏，重者ｑ２ｈ一次点眼，轻者３～４次／ｄ。对照组５４例（男性３５例，女性１９例，年龄４４±１０ａ）９９眼，应用常规药物。结果：小牛血清治疗组治愈６２眼，好转４１眼，总有效率为９２．８％。对照组治愈２７眼，好转５３眼，总有效率８１％，２组比较有显著差别（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：小牛血清眼膏对角膜病变有提高常规用药疗效的作用。

Efficacy of calf-serum eye-gel for therapy of corneal diseases

AIM: To observe the therapeutic effects of conventional therapy combined with calf-serum eye-gel in treatment of corneal diseases. METHODS: There were 111 eyes of 75 patients (M 45, F 30, age 43±s 10 a) in treatment group whose corneal diseases resulted from various causes. We used the conventional therapy combined with calf-serum eye-gel. The serious cases were given calf-serum eye-gel drops into eyes q 2 h, while the mild ones were given 3 to 4 times a day. There were 99 eyes of 54 patients (M 35, F 19, age 44±10 a) with similar corneal diseases in the control group. We used the conventional therapy only. RESULTS: Sixty-two eyes were completely cured, 41 improved and the total effective rate was 92.8% in treated group; 27 eyes were completely cured, 53 improved and the total effective rate was 81% in control group. The difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).
