高半胱氨酸血症与脑梗死程度及中医证型关系

目的探讨高半胱氨酸（Hey）血症与脑梗死程度及中医证型的关系。方法对比分析63例脑梗死的Hcy水平、梗死灶数量、神经功能缺损评分及中医辨证分型。结果脑梗死Hcy水平高于正常（P〈0．05）；多发性卒中Hey水平高于单发性卒中（P〈0．05），神经功能缺损评分重型Hey水平高于轻型、中型（P〈0．05）。中脏腑Hcy水平高于中经络（P〈0．05），其中风火上扰型与中经络各型比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），实证Hcy水平高于虚证、虚实夹杂证（P〈0．05）。结论血清Hcy含量水平可作为量化中医微观辨证的参考指标。

Relation of hyperhomocysteinemia, degree of cerebral infarction and syndrome types in traditional Chinese medicine

Objective To investigate the relation of hyperhomocysteinemia （ Hhcy）, degree of cerebral infarction and syndrome types in traditional Chinese medicine. Methods The levels of homocysteine （Hcy）, number of infarction focus, neurologic impairment score and differentiation of symptoms and signs for classification of syn- drome were analyzed in 63 patients with cerebral infarction. Results The levels of Hey in cerebral infarction were higher than those in healthy person （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The levels of Hey in multiple apoplexia were higher than those in single apoplexia （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The levels of Hey in neurologic impairment score in severity was higher than those in neurologic impairment score in middle and mild （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The levels of Hcy in the viscera was higher than that in both collateral and meridian （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was obvious difference between wind fire pathogen type and types including both collateral and meridian on the level of Hcy （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The level of Hcy in sthenia syndrome was higher than those in asthenia syndrome, asthenia and sthenia （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The level of Hcy in serum can be as a quantitative reference of TCM microcosmic syndrome differentiation.
