| 摘 要： | 为了适应医疗模式的改变，拓展服务功能，向多元化的医疗保健服务延伸，为社会各界提供优质、高效、舒适的体检服务，医院计算机中心开发了医院体检管理系统。该系统的投入运行为体检者建立了个人健康电子档案，提高了医院体检服务的质量。作者从医院体检管理系统的开发全过程论述了医院管理信息系统（HIS）中有关概念、结构及本系统开发所依据的基本原理和方法。

| Abstract: | For adapting the change of medical mode,developing medical service functions,and supplying high quality,efficiency,and comfort physical examination service,hospital computer center designed the"Hospital Information Management System for Physical Examination".This system can set up the personal health electron records for physical examination,and improve the quality of physical examination service.This article discuss the conception and configuration of the hospital information management system(HIS),and the basic theory and method of the hospital information management system for physical examination. |
