大学生职业价值观、情绪智力与职业成熟度的关系

目的探讨大学生职业价值观、情绪智力与职业成熟度的关系。方法采用职业成熟度问卷、职业价值观问卷和情绪智力问卷对1393名大学生施测。结果①在职业成熟度的态度维度,存在显著性别、专业差异(t=-7.902,P0.05;F=2.572,P0.05),男生高于女生,理科高于文科;在职业成熟度的2个维度,存在显著年级差异(F=4.182,3.718;P0.05),四年级高于一、二、三年级;②大学生职业价值观通过情绪智力对职业成熟度产生影响。结论大学生职业成熟度存在显著的性别、年级和专业差异;大学生情绪智力在职业价值观影响职业成熟度过程中起完全中介作用。

Relationship among Work Values, Emotional Intelligence and Career Maturity of University Students

Objective To explore the relationship among work values,emotional intelligence and career maturity of university students.Methods By using Career Maturity Questionnaire, Work Values Questionnaire and Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire,1393 university students were tested.Results ①There were significant difference on career maturity in terms of sex and major（t=-7.902,P〈0.05;F=2.572,P〈0.05）.The scores of males were more than those of females and those of science were more than those of art.There were significant differents on two dimension of career maturity.The scores of senior were more than junior.②The work values of university students had effect on career maturity through emotional intelligence.Conclusion The career maturity of university students shows significant differences in grade and major;the emotional intelligence of university students fully mediated the process in work values and career maturity.
