长乐市医院5年住院死亡患者统计分析

目的：了解本院住院患者的死亡情况及原因。方法：用经过计算机处理输出的《出院患者死因顺位》表及相关的统计资料进行整理,根据《国际疾病分类》的原则进行疾病及死亡原因分类统计汇总。结果：347例死亡患者,总病死率为0.4%,男性死亡234例,构成比为67.44%,女性113例,构成比为32.56%。死因前3位分别为头部损伤、脑血管病、心脏病,占总死亡人数的59.65%。结论：本院住院患者病死率呈逐年下降趋势,反映本院对疑难危重患者诊治水平在逐年提高。

Analysis of hospital death patients of Changle hospital in five years

Objective：To understand the situation and cause of death in patients hospitalized.Methods：Handled related statistic data and used computer to process and output the table showing the order of patients death causes,then classified and summarized the causes of diseases and death according to the principles of ＂International Classification of Diseases＂.Results：In the total 347 cases of patients who died,the total mortality was 0.4%,234 deaths cases were males which reach 67.44% and the rest of 113 cases were females which reach 32.56%.The top 3 causes of death were head injury,cerebrovascular disease and heart disease which was about 59.65% of total deaths.Conclusion：The mortality rate of patients in our hospital decreases year by year that reflecting our level of the difficult diagnosis and treatment of critically ill patients has been improved year by year.
