大学生一般自我效能感及其与创造性人格的关系

目的探讨大学生一般自我效能感的特点及其与创造性人格的关系。方法采用一般自我效能感量表（GSES）和威廉姆斯创造性人格量表对200名大学生进行测量,然后进行相关分析。结果 1大学生一般自我效能感在性别之间不具有显著性;2大学生一般自我效能感与创造性人格中的冒险性（r=0.40,P〈0.01）、挑战性（r=0.37,P〈0.01）和好奇性（r=0.25,P〈0.05）有显著的正相关;3不同水平一般自我效能感的大学生的创造性人格差异显著。结论大学生一般自我效能感与创造性人格具有显著的相关。

Study on the Relationship between General Self-efficacy and Creative Personality of College Students

Objective To study the charcter of general self-efficacy of college students and relationship with creative personality.Methods A total of 200 college students were investigated in terms of the General Self-efficacy scale（GSES） and the Williams Creative Personality questionnaire.Results ①College students＇ general self-efficacy showed no significant gender difference.②There were positive correlations between college students＇ general self-efficacy and ＂adventure＂（r=0.40,P0.01）,＂challenge＂（r=0.37,P0.01）,＂curiosity＂（r=0.25,P0.05）.③There were significant differences on the creative personality among the students of different levels of general self-efficacy.Conclusion There were positive correlations between college students＇ general self-efficacy and the creative personality.
