某医科院校医学生心理健康状况调查分析

目的了解医学生的心理健康状况,为提高医学生整体素质,加强心理健康教育提供依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90),对376名医学生进行抽样测试和评定,并与国内青年组常模进行比较(t检验)。结果强迫(t=-2.90,P0.01)、抑郁(t=4.09,P0.01)、焦虑(t=6.73,P0.01)、恐怖(t=-3.50,P0.05)、偏执(t=9.02,P0.01)诸因子得分与常模间差异呈显著性。男女生比较,除抑郁(t=2.80,P0.05)、恐惧(t=2.83,P0.05)因子得分女生高于男生外,两性在心理健康水平上并没有显著差异(P0.05)。结论医学生的心理健康状况总体上与正常人群相比有一定的差异,有相当一部分学生存在心理问题。

Investigation and Analysis on Mental Health of the Medical Undergraduates in a Certain Medical University

Objective To provide reference for improving overall qualities and strengthening the educations on the mental health of undergraduates majors in medical by investigating and studying their mental health state.Methods To evaluate the mental health of 376 students from medical college with SCL-90,compare the results with the Chinese youth norm.Results Compulsion（t=-2.90,P〈0.01）,depression（t=4.09,P〈0.01）,anxiety（t=6.73,P〈0.01）,terror（t=-3.50,P〈0.05）,paranoia （t=9.02,P〈0.01） of SCL-90 were higher than the Chinese youth norm.In addition to depression（t=2.80,P〈0.05）,terror（t=2.83,P〈0.05） factor scores of male and female medical students,the differences of mental health were not significant.Conclusion There are some significant differences between the state of mental health of the undergraduates from medical college and norm.There are still a certain proportion of students troubled by mental problems.
