舍曲林合并奎硫平治疗躯体形式障碍的临床对照研究

目的观察舍曲林合并奎硫平治疗躯体形式障碍的临床疗效。方法将符合CCMD-3诊断标准的60例躯体形式障碍患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组给予舍曲林合并奎硫平,对照组单用舍曲林治疗。应用汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效和不良反应,疗程6周。结果在治疗2、4、6周末,治疗组疗效优于对照组(χ2=11.67,P0.05)。两组患者副反应发生率无显著性差异(χ2=1.24,P0.05)。结论舍曲林合并小剂量奎硫平治疗躯体形式障碍起效快,疗效好且不增加药物副反应。

Clinical Control Study on Sertraline Combined with Quetiapine in Treating Somatoform Disorders

Objective To observe the efficacy of sertraline combined with quetiapine in the treatment of somatoform disorders.Methods A total of 60 patients with somatoform disorders who met the diagnostic criteria of CCMD-3 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group for 30 patients each group.The treatment group was treated with sertraline combined quetiapine.The control group was treated with alone sertraline.Hamilton Anxiety Scale （HAMA）,Hamilton Depression Rating Scale （HAMD） and Treat-nent Emergent Symptom Scale （TESS） were used to assess the efficacy and side effects.The treatment time was 6 weeks.Results At the treatment of 2,4,6 weekend,the treatment group was more effective than the control group （χ^2=11.67,P〈0.05）.The incidence of side effects had no significant difference between two groups（χ^2=1.24,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Sertraline with small-dose quetiapine acts fast in the treatment of somatoform disorders with good efficacy and slight side effects.
