大学生幸福认知的现状调查与教育对策分析

目的研究当代大学生对幸福的看法。方法用自编问卷调查了196名大学生的幸福认知。结果男女大学生在幸福认知的自身和家庭条件(t=-3.002,P0.01)及人际关系维度上得分有显著差异(t=-2.928,P0.01);专本科生在得到或付出的关爱与温暖维度上的得分有显著差异(t=2.081,P0.05);独生子女与非独生子女在人际关系维度上的得分有显著差异(t=2.795,P0.05);不同生源地大学生在幸福认知各维度上得分均没有显著差异(P0.05)。结论在对幸福的认识上女大学生更看重自身和家庭条件及人际关系;专科生更看重得到或付出的关爱与温暖;独生子女更看重人际关系。在对其进行幸福教育时,应充分考虑不同群体大学生对幸福的不同认知,实施有针对性地教育措施。

Investigation on the State of College Students' Happiness Opinion and Analysis on Educational Countermeasure

Objective To study the opinion of happiness. Methods The researchers investigated 196 college students by questionnaire of opinion of happiness. Results There was significant difference in the condition of family and themselves（t=-2. 928,P 〈0. 01） and interpersonal relationship（t=-2. 928,P〈0. 01） dimensions between male and female students; there was significant difference in concern and warmness dimension between junior college students and undergraduates（t=2. 081 ,P〈0. 05） ; there was significant difference in interpersonal relationship dimension betweent singletons and siblings（t=2. 795,P〈0. 05）; and there was no signal difference between students from different regions in the comprehension of happiness（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The condition of family and themselves and interpersonal relationship were more important for female students; concern and warmness were more important for junior college students; singletons attached more importance to interpersonal relationship. When educating, the educator should consider different happiness opinions of different groups of students, and choose suitable countermeasure.
