| 摘 要： | 目的探讨心理干预对广泛性焦虑症患者的疗效。方法按入院顺序分层随机法,将123例广泛性焦虑症患者随机分为干预组和对照组,干预组进行个体化心理干预,对照组进行常规的护理宣教,在治疗前和治疗后2,4,6周末,采用汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评定临床疗效。结果心理干预组治疗后显效率和HAMA减分率与对照组比较均有显著性差异(χ2=5.3170,P0.05和P0.01)。结论个体化心理干预对广泛性焦虑症患者疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the effect of mental nursing on generalized anxiety disorder patients.Methods A total of 123 generalized anxiety disorder patients were randomly divided into trial group and control group by layered time sequence of admission to the hospital and treated for 6 weeks.The trial group was treated with individual mental nursing,and the control group with routine nursing education. All the patients were assessed with Hamilton Anxiety Scale （HAMD） respectively before and after treatment.Results The trial group was superior to the control group in effectiveness rate（χ2= 5.3170,P0.05）and improvement rate（χ2=5.3297,P0.05）.There was significant difference in the ratio reduced of HAMA after treatment between two groups （P0.01）.Conclusion The curative effect of individual mental nursing on generalized anxiety disorder patients is significant. |
