心理干预对妇科恶性肿瘤患者家属心理状态及应对方式的影响

目的调查妇科恶性肿瘤患者家属心理健康状况,探讨心理干预对其心理状态及应对方式的影响。方法对入组76例陪护家属随机分为干预组和对照组各38例,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、特质应对方式问卷(TCSQ),心理干预前后对两组家属进行测评和对照研究,并与国内常模对比分析。结果①干预前两组家属SCL-90、SAS评分均高于国内常模(t=2.43,2.56,2.60,2.58;P均0.01),干预后干预组SCL-90、SAS评分均显著下降(t=2.51,2.63;P均0.01),均低于对照组(t=1.98,1.83;P均0.05),具有统计学意义;②干预后两组家属TCSQ的PC评分比较有差异(t=1.95,P0.05)和NC评分比较(t=2.42,P0.01)具有统计学意义。结论妇科恶性肿瘤患者家属心理健康状况较差,心理干预能有效提高家属的心理健康水平,也学会了较为积极、正确的心理应对模式,纠正消极应对方式,促进患者早日康复。

Effects of Psychological Intervention on Mental State and Coping Style of Relatives of Patients with Gynecological Malignancies

Objective To investigate the mental health of gynecological cancer patients＇ families, and probe into the psychological intervention＇s effect on mental state and coping style.Methods A total of 76 patients into the group of accompanying family members were divided into intervention group and control group with 38 cases in eoch,the symptom checklist （SCL-90）, self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） and Trait Coping Style Questionnaire （TCSQ） were used to evaluate the two groups of families before and after the psychological intervention, and compare with the national norm.Result ①The scores of SCL-90 and SAS of the two groups families was higher than the national norm before intervention（t=2.43,2.56,2.60,2.58;all P〈0.01）,the scores of SCL-90 and SAS of the intervention groups decreased significantly（t=2.51,2.63; all P〈0.01） and were lower than the control group（t=1.98,1.83; all P〈0.05）,the result had statistical significance;②The scores of TCSQ-PC of the two groups of family members showed difference after intervention（t=1.95,P〈0.05） and showed difference compared with NC （t=2.42,P〈0.01） which had statistical significance.Conclusion The mental health status of the families of patients with gynecological malignancies was bod.The psychological intervention can improve the psychological health of family members.
