冠心病患者个性特征与心理健康状况的分析

目的研究住院冠心病患者个性特征和心理健康水平及其关系。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)对106名冠心病患者进行测试。结果 1冠心病患者SCL-90因子分中躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖及阳性项目数均显著高于国内正常人常模水平(P0.01),人际关系敏感高于常模水平(P0.05);2冠心病患者个性特征为情绪不稳定型;3EPQ中N维度与SCL-90中总分、阳性项目数、躯体化、抑郁、焦虑及精神病性呈正相关,具有统计学意义(P0.01),与强迫、人际障碍、恐怖及饮食睡眠呈正相关,具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论冠心病患者的心理健康水平明显低于国内常模水平,多数患者情绪不稳定,其个性特征与心理健康状况有明显的相关性。

Anatysis on Personality and Psychological Health Status for Coronary Heart Discase Patients

Objective To study on personality and psychological health level and their relation for coronary heart disease in hospital.Methods By using SCL-90 and EPQ,we tested 106 coronary heart disease in hospital.Results ①Factor score of somatization, depression ,anxiety, hostility, terror and positive items in SCL-90 of coronary heart disease in hospital were significantly higher than those of nation norm （P〈M0.01）,and interpersonal sensitivity was higher than that of nation norm （P〈0.05）.②The personality of the patient with coronary heart disease was emotional instability.③N dimension in EPQ was positive correlation with the total score,somatization,positive items, depression, anxiety, psychoticism in SCL-90,which had statistical significance （P〈0.01）.N dimension in EPQ was positive correlation with compulsiveness, interpersonal sensitivity, terror and eating disorder, which had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Psychological health level of the patients with coronary heart disease in hospital is significantly lower than that of nation norm,and most of them have emotional instability.There is obvious correlation between their personality traits and mental health conditions.
