综合干预对首发精神分裂症康复的影响

目的观察综合干预对恢复期首发精神分裂症患者康复的作用。方法200例恢复期首发精神分裂症住院患者随机分为干预组和对照组各100例,两组均服药物治疗,在此基础上,干预组患者进行综合干预,对照组患者不进行干预。采用阳性和阴性症状量表(PAN SS)、社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)对两组患者进行随访评定。结果治疗前,干预组患者各量表评分总分及各因子分得分与对照组的差异均无统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后,干预组患者的各量表评分均明显低于对照组(P0.01)。结论综合干预有利于首发精神分裂症患者减轻心理障碍,提高社会适应能力,早日康复,回归社会。

Effect of Synthetic Intervention on Rehabilitation of First-episode Schizophrenia

Objective To observe effect of synthetic intervention on rehabilitation of first episode schizophrenia.Methods A total of 200 patients with first-epislde schizophrenia were randomly divided into intervention group and control group with 100 cases in each group.The cases of intervention group were given synthetic intervention but those of the control group not.All patients of two groups were evaluated with the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale（PANSS） and Social Disability Screening Schedule（SDSS） at regular intervals.Results Total and factor scores of every scale were not significant differences between two groups before intervention（P0.05）,but there were significant differences after intervention,the total and factor scores of the patients of intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion Synthetic intervention can improve depression and anxious symptoms of the first-episode schizophrenes,elevate patients＇ social adaptability,promote patients＇ recovering and returning society early.
