| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨支架植入术后,基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）在早期炎性反应的意义。方法：用行PCI的心肌梗死患者及单纯冠脉造影患者前、后12h和48h抽肘静脉血2ml,测MMP-9。结果：行PCI的心肌梗死患者,术后48hMMP-9高于术前。结论：MMP-9可以作为评价支架植入术早期炎症反应的一项指标。

| Abstract: | Objective：To evaluate the stent implantation,matrix metalloproteinase-9（MMP-9） in the early inflammatory response significance.Methods：Myocardial infarction with PCI-line patients and patients with simple coronary angiography before and after the elbow 12 hours and 48 hours blood pumping 2 ml,measured MMP-9.Results：The line of PCI,myocardial infarction,after 48 hours MMP-9 higher than those before.Conclusion：MMP-9 can be used as evaluation of stent implantation as an indicator of early inflammatory response. |
