大学生气质因子对人际交往困扰的影响研究

目的探讨大学生人际交往能力的现状以及气质因子对大学生人际交往能力的影响作用。方法采用人际关系综合诊断量表和气质类型测试问卷对137名大学生人际交往困扰状况和气质因子进行测查。结果 148.18%的大学生存在人际交往困扰,其中在交际交友方面的困扰最严重,占总人数的56.93%,其次分别为交谈困扰、与异性交往困扰、待人接物困扰;2气质各因子均与总体人际困扰呈显著相关(P0.05);3多血质因子(Beta=-0.18,P0.05)、胆汁质因子(Beta=0.25,P0.01)、抑郁质因子(Beta=0.44,P0.01)对人际交往困扰有显著的预测作用。结论大学生人际交往状况不理想,多血质因子、胆汁质因子、抑郁质因子会影响大学生的人际交往能力,应注重对大学生良好人际交往能力的培养。

Study on Temperament Factors' Influence of College Students on Interpersonal Difficulties

Objective To investigate the status of college students＇ interpersonal ability and the temperament factors＇ influence on interpersonal ability.Methods By interpersonal comprehensive diagnosis scale,temperament scale,137 college students were surveyed.Results ①Totally 48.18% college students had interpersonal difficulties,in which communication dating trouble was most serious,the following were talking trouble,heterosexual contact trouble and dealing with people trouble.②Temperament factor scores were significantly correlative with general interpersonal difficulties（P〈0.05）.③Sanguine temperament factor（Beta=-0.18,P〈0.05）,bile quality factor（Beta=0.25,P〈0.01）,depression quality factor（Beta=0.44,P〈0.01）could predict interpersonal difficulties.Conclusion Sanguine temperament factor,bile quality factor,depression quality factor can influence college students＇ interpersonal ability,and play important roles in the cultivation of good interpersonal ability.
