齐拉西酮与舒必利治疗以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症对照研究

目的探讨齐拉西酮与舒必利治疗以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症患者的疗效及安全性。方法将72例以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症患者随机分为齐拉西酮治疗组与舒必利治疗组,每组36例,分别给予齐拉西酮和舒必利治疗,疗程8周。用简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)和阴性症状评定量表(SANS)及副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效和不良反应。结果齐拉西酮与舒必利对阴性症状均有较好疗效(P0.05),但齐拉西酮对意志缺乏及注意障碍改善更为明显,且不良反应少(t=3.07,P0.01)。结论齐拉西酮是治疗以阴性症状为主症的精神分裂症的较为理想药物。

Comparative Study on Ziprasidone and Sulpiride in the Treatment for Schizophrenia with Predominantly Negative Symptoms

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of ziprasidone and sulpiride in the treatment for schizophrenia with predominantly negative symptoms.Methods A total of 72 patients with predominantly negative symptoms were randomly divided into ziprasidone group（n=36） and sulpiride group（n=36） for 8 weeks.The efficacy and side effects were assessed with BPRS,SANS and TESS respectively.Results Both ziprasidone and sulpiride on negative symptoms hade better efficacy（P0.05）,but ziprasidone on improving the lack of will and attention disorder was more effective and less side effects（t=3.07,P0.01）.Conclusion Ziprasidone is an ideal drug in the treatment for schizophrenia with predominantly negative symptoms.
