师范大学生压力应对特点及其相关因素的研究

摘    要:目的探讨师范大学生压力应对的特点及社会支持、主观压力和人口学等特征对师范大学生应对方式的影响。方法采用问卷调查法:分为人口资料,社会支持评定量表和应对方式量表对辽宁师范大学学生进行测量,并分析各因素之间的关系。结果①师范大学生在面对压力时较多采用的应对方式为有计划地直接行动(-x=2.8061)、较少采用的应对方式为否认性心理解脱(-x=1.9722);②师范大学生的应对方式在"否认性心理解脱"(t=2.163,P〈0.05),"抑制无关活动"(t=2.254,P〈0.05)和"接受现状"(t=2.320,P〈0.05)存在显著性别差异(P〈0.05);③性别和应对方式与社会支持间存在着显著的相关(P〈0.05),年级与主观压力间相关显著(P〈0.05)。结论师范大学生应对压力的方式总体上是积极的,应对方式在性别和年级存在着差异。

Abstract:Objective To explore features of normal university students' coping style and effects of social support,subjective stress and demographic featrures on them.Methods Undergraduates from Liao Ning Normal University were investigated using social support scale and coping scale.Results ①The coping style of most students in Liao Ning Normal University was calculated direct action(x-=2.8061),few students used disaffirmatnie mental extrication(x-=1.9722).②There were significant gender differences on disaffirmatnie mental extrication(t=2.163,P0.05),restraining irrespective action(t=2.254,P0.05)and accept actuality(t=2.320,P0.05).③There were significant correlations between gender,coping style and social support.Conclusion Normal university students often adapt positive coping styles.There are some differences on gender,grades and institute on coping style.
