解郁丸合用氟西汀治疗重性抑郁障碍的对照研究

目的评价解郁丸合用氟西汀治疗重性抑郁障碍的疗效和安全性。方法将符合重性抑郁障碍诊断标准的74例住院患者随机分为两组,分别给予解郁丸合用氟西汀(38例)及单用氟西汀(36例)治疗6周,于治疗前和治疗后2、4、6周使用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、临床疗效总评量表的病情严重程度(CGI-SI)、副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效和不良反应。结果治疗6周后两组HAMD、HAMA评分较治疗前差异有非常显著性(t=10.62～13.70,P0.01);两组间2、4、6周HAMD评分及4、6周HAMA评分差异有显著性(t=2.27～4.61,P0.05～P0.01);研究组有效率87%,对照组有效率67%,差异有显著性(t=4.25,P0.05);两组间TESS评分差异有显著性(t=2.31,P0.05)。结论解郁丸合用氟西汀治疗重性抑郁障碍疗效较好,安全性高。

Study of Jieyu Wan Combined with Fluoxetine in the Treament of Major Depression Disorders

Objective To explore curative effect and safety of jieyu wan combined with fluoxetine in the treatment of major depressive disorder.Methods A total of 74 in-patients with the diagnosis of major depressive disorder were randomly assigned to research（jieyu wan combined with fluoxetine,n=38 ） and control groups （single amitriptyline,n=36） for 6 weeks. The curative effect and adverse reactions were evaluated with HAMD,HAMA,CGI-SI and TESS before and in the 1st,2nd,4rd and 6th week during treatment.Results After 6 week treatment,scores of the HAMD and HAMA of both 2 groups were significant differences from those of pre-treatment （t=10.62～13.70,P0.01）; the scores of HAMD after 2,4 and 6 weeks and those of HAMA after 4 and 6 weeks showed significant differences between the 2 groups （t=2.27～4.61,P0.05～P0.01）; effective rate of research group was 87% and that of the control 67%,which showed significant difference（t=4.25,P0.05）;There were significant differences in clinical effects and side reactions between the 2 groups（t=2.31,P0.05）.Conclusion Jieyu wan combined with fluoxetine has better curative effect and higher safety in the treatment of major depressive disorder.
