心理干预对治疗消化性溃疡的影响

目的观察心理干预对治疗消化性溃疡的影响,在分析患有消化性溃疡的飞行员心理社会因素的基础上,探寻心理干预的有效方法。方法对消化性溃疡组、正常对照组使用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、社会支持量表,由研究者在统一指导语下进行评定,将评定结果进行比较。结果干预组的SCL-90各因子的分值都比对照组低,其中敌对,偏执和精神病性因子分未见显著性差异,而其他因子分都有显著性下降(P0.05);社会支持量表各维度分值显著增加(P0.05)。结论心理干预对治疗消化性溃疡具有显著的临床意义。

Effect of Prychological Intervention on Heatment of Pepic Ulcer

Objective To investigate the psychological impact of intervention on the treatment of peptic ulcer, on the basis of analyzing psychological and social factors of the pilots with pepic ulcer, to explore effective methods of psychological intervention.Methods Peptic ulcer group and normal control group were assessed under unified guidance language by using the symptom checklist and social support scale,the assessment results were compared.Results The factor scores of SCL-90 in intervention group were lower SCL-90 than the control group, in which hostility, paranoia and psychosis factor scores showed no significantl difference, while the other factor scores significantly reduced（P〈0.05）; and the scores of all dimensions of social support scale significantly increased（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Psychological intervention has significant clinical significance in the treatment of peptic ulcer.
