心理健康课对中学生心理健康水平的影响

摘    要:目的探讨心理健康课对减轻心理压力、促进中学生心理健康水平的影响。方法选取兰州市二十七中学504名学生(实验组和对照组各252名),对实验组进行为期6周的心理健康教育,对照组不接受心理健康教育,最后用自编《中学生心理健康问卷》对504名中学生进行评定。结果实验组学生在考试压力(t=-11.67,P0.01)、师生关系(t=-12.86,P0.01)、亲子关系(t=-12.61,P0.01)、同学关系(t=-12.21,P0.01)、学习压力感(t=-3.13,P0.01)以及适应不良(t=-4.02,P0.01)等维度上的得分显著低于对照组。结论心理健康课对缓解压力、促进中学生心理健康水平上起了良好的作用,应积极开展心理健康课教育,以提高中学生心理健康水平。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of mental health lessons on students' mental health and pressures.Methods Selecting 504 students in Lanzhou No.27 Middle School(252 students in experimental group and 252 in control group).Six weeks of mental health education were given to experimental group,control group did not receive,finally students were assessed by self-made mental health questionnaire.Results The scores of students in experimental group were significantly lower than those of control group in pressure of examinations(t=-11.67,P〈0.01),teacher-student relationships(t=-12.86,P0.01),parent-child relations(t=-12.61,P0.01),relations between students(t=12.21,P〈0.01),pressure sense to study(t=-3.13,P〈0.01) and adapting to pressures(t=-4.02,P〈0.01).Conclusion Mental health lessons play a good role in releasing pressures and improving students' mental health.We should promote mental health lessons to improve the level of stadents' mental health.
