心理干预对冠心病患者焦虑情绪的影响研究

目的探讨心理干预对冠心病患者焦虑情绪的影响。方法对于165例冠心病患者进行心理干预12周,干预前后分别进行焦虑评分。所得数据采用SPSS 10.0统计软件进行分析。结果冠心病患者有较严重的焦虑情绪,进行心理干预前165名冠心病患者有86人存在焦虑情绪,进行心理干预后只有33人存在焦虑情绪,差别显著(χ2=36.9178,P0.001)。进行心理干预后,轻度焦虑的23人,中度焦虑的7人,重度焦虑的3人,各种程度的焦虑患者明显减少(χ2=32.6897,P0.001)。结论心理干预可有效改善冠心病患者的焦虑情绪。

Effect of Psychological Intervention on Coronary Heart Disease (CAD) Patients with Anxiety Feeling

Objective To investigate the impact of the psychological intervention on anxiety feeling of CAD patients.Methods Performed the psychological intervention in 165 CAD patients and evaluated the anxiety before and after psychological intervention respectively with SAS.Results CAD patients had serious anxiety.Before psychological intervention 86 people suffer from anxiety in 165 CAD patients,after psychological intervention only 33 patients with anxiety.The difference was significant（χ2=36.9178,P0.001）.After psychological intervention,23 people with mild anxiety,7 people with moderate anxiety,3 people with severe anxiety,various degrees of anxiety decreased significantly（χ2=32.6897,P0.001）.Conclusion The effective psychological intervention in CAD patients can improve theirs anxiety greatly.
