高职大学生应对、归因方式与主观幸福感的关系

摘    要:目的探讨高职大学生应对方式、归因方式与主观幸福感的关系,为高职院校心理健康教育提供依据。方法采用应付方式问卷(TEES)、归因方式量表(ASQ)和总体幸福感量表(GWB)对河南农业职业学院300名在读高职高专学生施测。结果 1所测大学生总体幸福感整体水平偏高,其中女大学生差异显著(P0.05);2应对方式和归因方式各因子不同程度上与主观幸福感相关;3解决问题、合理化、积极事件内归因、稳定性对主观幸福感有预测作用。结论高职大学生主观幸福感水平整体偏高,归因方式和应对方式与主观幸福感有不同程度的相关。

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship among coping styles,attribution and subjective well-being(SWB) of Vocational College Students.Methods A total of 300 vocational students of Henan vocational college of agriculture were investigated with YEES,ASQ and GWB.Results ①The subjective well-being total score of female college students was higher than the norm(P〈0.05).②There existed significant correlation among coping style,attribution and subjective of well-being total score(P〈0.01).③Step regression analysis revealed that problem-solving,rationalization,the inside attribution in positive events and stability are significant predictors of subjective well-being of vocational college students.Conclusion The level of subjective well-being of vocational college students is high,There are relationships between attribution,copmg styles and subjective well-being.
