高中生主观幸福感与自我控制、人际交往及心理健康关系

摘    要:目的探讨高中生主观幸福感与自我控制、人际交往及心理健康的关系。方法采用问卷调查法,对高一至高三年级共731名学生进行研究。结果 1心理比较健康组、一般组及不健康组的高中生的主观幸福感依次下降,且两两差异极其显著(F=50.671,P〈0.001);2自我控制高、一般及差的高中生的主观幸福感依次下降,且两两差异极其显著(F=13.867,P〈0.001);3与同伴关系好、与同伴关系一般及与同伴关系差的高中生的主观幸福感依次下降,且两两差异极其显著(F=4.314,P〈0.05);4与老师关系好、一般及关系差的高中生的主观幸福感依次下降,且两两差异极其显著(F=19.634,P〈0.001);5与父母关系好、一般及关系差的高中生的主观幸福感依次下降,且两两差异极其显著(F=13.890,P〈0.001);6除与同伴关系外,心理健康、与老师关系、与父母关系及自我控制都能显著预测高中生的主观幸福感。结论高中生心理越健康、自我控制越好,主观幸福感越高;人际关系越好,主观幸福感越强;心理健康对高中生主观幸福感的影响最大,其次是与老师关系、自我控制和与父母关系。

Abstract:Objective To study the relationship of subjective well-being with self-control,interpersonal interaction,mental health in senior high students.Methods A total of 731 students from the senior high school were investigated in this study.Results ①The students who reported higher level of mental health scored significantly better for SWB than those who reported average and lower ones(F=50.671,P0.001).②The students who reported higher level of self-control scored significantly better for SWB than those who reported average and lower ones(F=13.867,P0.001).③The score of SWB tended to decline gradually in groups with better peer relationship,average peer relationship,lower peer relationship.Further more,the score was significant difference between better peer relationship and average peer relationship,between average peer relationship and lower peer relationship(F=4.314,P0.001).④The score of SWB of students tended to decline gradually in groups with better teacher relationship,average teacher relationship,lower teacher relationship.Further more,the score was significant difference between better teacher relationship and average teacher relationship,between average teacher relationship and lower teacher relationship(F=19.634,P0.001).⑤The score of SWB of students tended to decline gradually in groups with better parental relationship,average parental relationship,lower parental relationship.Further more,the score was significant difference between better parental relationship and average parental relationship,between average parental relationship and lower parental relationship(F=13.890,P0.001).⑥The metal health,teacher-student's relationship,parent-student's relationship and self-control could predicted the SWB of senior high school students.Conclusion With the better of the senior high school student's mental health,self-control and interpersonal interaction,the SWB is becoming better.The influencing of mental health on SWB is the most,followed by relationship with the teacher,self-control and relationship with parents.
