大学生主观就业障碍的调查

摘    要:目的探讨大学生主观就业障碍的特点。方法在全国4省市选择1539名在校本科学生为调查对象,采用《大学生主观就业障碍问卷》进行调查。结果①大学生有较高的主观就业障碍(2.325±0.392);②大学生感知到的最大就业障碍来自就业竞争(2.895±0.551),其次是亲人态度(2.275±0.685);③大学生感知到的就业障碍在年级(F=2.99,P0.05)、性别(F=2.561,P0.05)、学校所在地(F=14.401,P0.01)、专业(F=14.089,P0.01)、来源地(F=10.708,P0.01)等方面差异显著。结论大学生普遍有较高主观就业障碍,其中女大学生、师范类专业大学生、学校不在发达中心城市的大学生感知到的就业障碍更高。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the characteristics of perceived employment barriers of undergraduates.Methods A total of 1539 subjects from 4 different provinces were investigated on the perceived employment barriers of undergraduates.Results ①The perceived employment barriers of undergraduates were somewhat high(2.325±0.392).②The highest perceived employment barriers arose from competition on employment(2.895±0.551),the second was relatives' attitude(2.275±0.685).③Significant differences of perceived career employment were found on grade(F=2.99,P0.05),gender(F=2.561,P0.05),university sites(F=14.401,P0.01),major(F=14.089,P0.01)and hometown(F=10.708,P0.01).Conclusion The perceived employment barriers of undergraduates are high.Among of them,the female,and whose major was teacher-training or whose university located in developed city perceive more obstacles.
