“蚁族”的消极完美主义人格及其心理健康状况研究

目的探讨"蚁族"(高校毕业生低收入聚居群体)的消极完美主义人格和其心理健康状况。方法采用消极完美主义人格量表和症状自评量表(SCL-90),对北京市563名已毕业大学生进行调查,对结果进行统计分析。结果该群体消极完美主义人格量表的总分及"害怕失败"、"过度谨慎和仔细"、"极高的目标和标准"维度上的得分均显著高于大学生常模和成人常模,显现出较强的完美主义倾向。该群体SCL-90总均分及各因子均分均显著高于全国常模(t=13.00,P0.05);总均分及"强迫"、"焦虑"等因子上也显著高于大学生群体(t=13.00,P0.05;t=5.00,P0.05;t=5.14,P0.05)。结论该群体完美主义人格与心理健康密切相关;在一些人格心理社会因素的影响下,容易产生相对剥夺感,进而引发群体性事件,应当引起广泛关注。

Study on Negative Perfectionism and Mental Health Status of the Low-income Gregarious College Graduates

Objective To research negative perfectionism personality and mental health status of low-income gregarious college graduates. Methods A total of 563 graduates were tested with Zi＇s negative perfectionism questionnaire （ZNPQ） and SCL--90, and analyzed with statistical method. Results The score of ZNPQ and its dimensions including ＂fear of failure＂, ＂excessive caution and carefully＂ and ＂high goals and standard＂ were significantly higher than those of the national norm, and it suggested an in- tense negative perfectionism tendency. This group＇s mental health status was inferior to the national adult norm（t= 13.00,P〈0. 05） and the national undergraduate student norm in total score （t=13.00,P〈0.05）, obsession-compulsion factor （t =5.00,P〈0. 05） and anxiety factor（t=5.14,P〈0.05）. ConcLusion There is a close relationship between negative perfectionism and mental health status. It may be easier to arouse relative deprivation due to certain personalistic psychological social factors, which might be able to cause mass incidents, and thus should arouse widespread concern.
