| 摘 要： | 目的了解拉莫三嗪联合帕罗西汀治疗心境障碍(抑郁相)的效果。方法随机将60例心境障碍(抑郁相)患者分成两组,对30例患者采用拉莫三嗪联合帕罗西汀治疗并与单独采用帕罗西汀治疗的30名患者进行对照,以汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定疗效,以副反应量表(TESS)评定副作用。结果研究组好转率与对照组比较有显著差异(P0.05),两组HAMD评分在治疗后与治疗前比较均有显著性差异(P0.01),两组间副反应量表评分差异不明显。结论拉莫三嗪联合帕罗西汀治疗心境障碍(抑郁相)优于单独采用帕罗西汀,且耐受性好。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of Lamotrigine combined with Paroxtine in the treatment of depression. Methods A total of 60 patients with depression were randomly assigned into two groups, one group treated with Lamotrigine combined with paroxtine,the other with Paroxtine alone （or 8 weeks. The efficacy and side effects were evaluated with HAMD and TESS after 8 weeks treatment. Results There were significant difference on decreased rates of HAMD between two groups after treatment. There was no difference on scores of TESS between two groups. Conclusion Lamotrigine combined with Paroxtine had better efficacy with good tolerance. |
