酒精依赖患者综合干预对复饮率的影响研究

目的研究酒依赖患者综合干预对复饮率的影响。方法对2009年1～5月住院的60例酒依赖患者随机分为研究组和对照组。对照组针对患者的躯体并发症及精神障碍综合症给予躯体治疗和精神药物治疗;研究组除给予躯体治疗和精神药物治疗外,还进行包括心理治疗、健康教育、家庭管理在内的全面综合干预。结果研究组复饮率为43.3%(13/30),对照组复饮率为83.3%(25/30),差异有显著性(χ2=8.6,P0.05)。结论通过全面综合干预可显著降低酒依赖患者的复饮率。

Study on the Influence of Comprehensive Intervention on the Rate of Recovery Drink with Alcohol Dependence

Objective To observe the influence of the comprehensive intervention on the rate of recovery drink with alcohol dependence.Methods A total of 60 cases of hospitalized patients with alcohol dependence from January to May in 2009 were randomly divided into study group and control group,physical therapy and psychotropic medication was given in the control group,study group was given physical therapy and psychotropic medication,including psychological treatment,health education,home management.Results The rate of recovery drink was 43.3% in the study group,the rate of recovery drink was 83.3% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant in the two group（χ2=8.6,P0.005）.Conclusion Comprehensive intervention can significantly reduce the rate of recovery drink in alcohol dependent patients.
