大学生心境与趋近-回避行为倾向的关系

目的探讨大学生积极/消极心境与趋近-回避行为倾向的关系。方法应用积极情感和消极情感量表测量大学生的心境,运用行为抑制和行为激活系统量表与"大五"人格简式量表中的外倾性和神经质测量趋近-回避行为倾向,考查积极心境与趋近倾向、消极心境与回避倾向的相关性,并建构相应的结构方程模型。结果①大学生的积极心境与行为激活系统和外倾性显著正相关,相关系数分别为0.22和0.37,P均0.001;消极心境与行为抑制系统和神经质显著正相关,相关系数分别为0.44和0.59,P均0.001;②积极心境能较好地预测趋近倾向,路径系数β=0.57(t=3.65,P0.01);消极心境能较好地预测回避倾向,路径系数β=0.71(t=7.78,P0.001)。结论大学生的积极/消极心境与其趋近-回避行为倾向存在着对应性关系。

Relation between College Students' Mood and Approach-Avoidance Action Tendency

Objective To explore the relation between college students＇ positive and negative mood and approach-avoidance action tendency.Methods College students＇ mood was measured by the Positive Affect and Negative Affect Scale,their approach-avoidance tendency was measured by the Behavioral Inhibition System and Behavioral Activation System Scale and extraversion and neuroticism items from NEO Five-Factor Inventory （NEO-FFI）. Then,we examined the correlation between positive-negative mood and approach-avoidance tendency.Finally, we constructed the corresponding models by the Structural Equation Modeling.Results ①There were significant positive correlation between positive mood and behavioral activation system and extraversion （r=0.22,P〈0.001;r=0.37,P〈0.001, respectively）.Also, negative mood correlated significantly with behavioral inhibition system and neuroticism （r=0.44,P〈0.001;r=0.59,P〈0.001,respectively）.②Positive mood could predict approach tendency, its path coefficient was β=0.57（t=3.65,P〈0.01）; negative mood could predict avoidance tendency, its path coefficient was β=0.71（t=7.78,P〈0.001）.Conclusion There is correspondence between college students＇ positive and negative mood with approach-avoidance action tendency.
