医学院校大学新生人格特征与心理健康的关系研究

目的探讨医学院校大学新生人格特征与心理健康的关系。方法采用艾森克人格问卷（EPQ）修订版（88个项目）和症状自评量表（SCL-90）对337名大学新生进行问卷调查。结果 1内外倾向（E）与心理健康呈显著负相关（r=-0.329,P〈0.01）,神经质（N）和精神质（P）与心理健康呈显著正相关（r=0.643,P〈0.01;r=0.352,P〈0.01）;2多血质类型的大学新生的心理健康得分最低,其次是粘液质类型的大学新生,胆汁质和抑郁质类型的大学新生的心理健康得分最高（F=49.16,P〈0.01）。结论医学院校大学新生的人格特征影响心理健康水平。

Relationship between Personality Traits and Mental Health of Medical Freshmen

Objective To explore the relationship between personality traits and mental health for medical freshmen.Methods A total of 337 medical freshmen were measured by EPQ and SCL-90.Results ①The E was significantly negatively correlated with SCL-90（r=-0.329,P0.01）;The N and the P were significantly positively correlated with the all factors of SCL-90（r=0.643,P0.01;r=0.352,P0.01）.②The freshmen of Sanguine type were the lowest score of mental health,followed by university freshmen of Phlegmatic type,Bile quality type freshmen and Depression type freshmen are the highest（F=49.16,P0.01）.Conclusion The mental health was closely related to Personality Traits of medical freshmen.
