河北省住院麻风病患者心理防御机制调查

目的探讨河北省住院麻风病患者心理防御机制特点。方法采用防御方式问卷(DSQ)调查河北望都皮肤病防治院确诊的住院麻风病患者41例,并与43例正常样本对照。结果研究组不成熟防御机制及中间型防御机制因子分明显高于对照组(t=6.06,P0.01;t=2.16,P0.05),成熟型防御机制因子分明显低于对照组(t=3.63,P0.01),两组掩饰因子分比较无显著性差异(t=0.81,P0.05)。结论在麻风病患者中应提供适当的心理治疗,对患者的不成熟和中间型防御方式进行干预,使患者更多的运用成熟的防御机制来缓解心理压力和内心冲突,保持稳定的心态,更好地缓解心理痛苦,适应社会,从而提高患者的生活质量。

Survey of Psychological Defense Mechanism of the Patients with Leprosy in Hospital in Hebei Province

Objective To investigate the characteristics of psychological defense mechanism of the patients with leprosy in hospital of Hebei province.Methods The defense style questionnaire （DSQ） was adopted to investigate the 41 patients with leprosy in Dermatosis Prevention Institute in Wang Du,who would be compared with 43 normal samples.Results In the experimental group,the scores of the immature defense mechanism and the intermediate defense mechanism factor were significantly higher than that in the control group （t=6.06,P0.01;t=2.16,P0.05）.But the scores of mature defense mechanism factor were significantly lower than that in control group（t=3.63,P0.01）.The scores of the cover factors in the two groups showed no significant difference（t=0.81,P0.05）.Conclusion The proper psychological treatment should be provided to the patients with leprosy. The intervention should be provided to the immature patients and intermediate defense mechanism in order to make patients relieve psychological pressure and internal conflicts and use the mature defense mechanism.Patients could keep stable state of mind,ease psychological pain better,adapt to society,and finally to improve the quality of their life by using the mature defense mechanism.
