研究生核心自我评价的现状调查

目的调查扩招时期研究生核心自我评价的现状。方法用自尊、一般自我效能感、神经质和内控性4个因子组成的核心自我评价问卷对396名硕士研究生进行调查。结果 1研究生在核心自我评价各因子的中等水平上人数最多（67.9%～71.6%）;2在自尊因子上,来自城市的研究生显著高于来自农村的研究生（t=2.09,P〈0.05）,已婚研究生显著高于单身研究生（F=2.91,P〈0.05）;3在自我效能感因子上,研三学生显著高于研二学生（F=3.34,P〈0.05）;4在神经质因子上,研三学生显著高于研一学生（F=2.59,P〈0.05）,自费生显著高于公费生（t=-2.25,P〈0.05）;5在内控性因子上,研三学生显著高于研二学生（F=3.24,P〈0.05）,单身研究生显著高于已婚研究生（F=2.92,P〈0.05）。结论研究生的核心自我评价水平较高。

Survey on the Status of Postgraduates' Core Self-evaluation

Objective To investigate the status of postgraduates＇ core self-evaluation during the enrollment period.Methods A total of 396 postgraduates were investigated by the questionnaires of four factors（self-esteem,general self-efficacy,neurotic,and internal control）.Results ①There was the largest number of postgraduates whose score was at the middle level in the core self-evaluation factors（67.9%～71.6%）;②The urban postgraduates＇ self-esteem was significantly higher than that of rural postgraduates（t=2.09,P0.05）,while married postgraduates＇ self-esteem was significantly higher than that of single postgraduates（F=2.91,P0.05）;③The third-year postgraduates＇ self-efficacy was significantly higher than that of second-year students（F=3.34,P0.05）;④The third-year postgraduates＇ score was significantly higher than that of the first-year students（F=2.59,P0.05）,while the postgraduates at their own expense was significantly higher than those on government scholarships（t=-2.25,P0.05）;⑤In locus of control,the third-year postgraduates＇ internal control was significantly higher than second-year students（F=3.24,P0.05）,while single postgraduates＇ internal control was significantly higher than the married（F=2.92,P0.05）.Conclusion Postgraduates＇ core self-evaluation is high.
