严重多发伤早期死亡的相关因素

目的探讨严重多发伤早期死亡的相关因素。方法回顾性分析３４例严重多发伤早期死亡患者的院前和来院后的临床资料。结果死于严重颅脑损伤者１９例，顽固性休克１１例，呼吸衰竭４例。除患者自身伤情严重外，影响抢救成功率的主要因素是当前急诊医疗体制的不完善。结论创伤是一个极其严重的医学和社会问题，应当引起全社会的关注。为适应严重创伤救治的需要，必须完善与提高急诊外科的应急水平，不断总结诊治中的经验教训，摸索救治程序。

Factors Influencing Acute Deaths from Severe Multiple Trauma

Objective\ A retrosptive survery was done on the correlation factors of acute deaths from multiple trauma. Methods\ Clinical data before and after admission 34 patients died actuely of severe multiple trauma were reviewed. Results\ The causes of death were severe head injury (19 cases), stubborn shock (11 cases), and respiration failure (4 cases). A very important factor influencing of emergency treatment is that system. Conclusion\ Trauma is a very serious social problem as well as a medical one, which should aroues concern of the whole society. In order to meet the needs of treating severe trauma, it is necessary to improve the treatment standards of the emergency surgery department, to sum up experience and lessons, so as to work out an efficient working process.
