摘    要:目的:探讨孕期接受移动电话电磁辐射对仔鼠脑组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力、丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。方法:用不同强度的模拟移动电话的辐射源对孕鼠整个孕期定时进行全身辐射,测定其仔鼠脑组织中SOD活力及MDA含量。结果:辐射组子代脑组织中SOD活力(U/mg)下降,其中高强度组(49.78±2.46)、低强度组(86.49±4.95)与对照组(131.58±8.96)比较,各组间差异有显著性(P<0.01);MDA含量(nmol/mg)升高,其中高强度组(43.65±4.15)、低强度组(27.62±1.48)与对照组(16.40±1.46)比较,各组间差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:孕鼠长时间接受移动电话电磁辐射会对子代脑组织产生一定的损害。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of electromagnetic radiation of cellular phone on offspring's brain tissue in mice by biochemistry. Methods: Female mice were exposed under low frequent electromagnetic radiation imitating mobile phone radiation during the whole pregnant stage, and then the content of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in baby mice’s brain tissue were tested. Results: The content of SOD(U/mg) decreased after irradiation, and significant differences (all P<0.01) were found among the high intensity group (49.78±2.46), low intensity group (86.49±4.95) and control group (131.58±8.96). The content of MDA(nmol/mg) increased after irradiation, and the differences were also significant among the three groups (43.65±4.15, 27.62±1.48 and 16.40±1.46, respectively, and all P<0.01). Conclusion: Electromagnetic radiation of cellular telephone during pregnancy has certain harm on offspring’s brain tissue in mice.
