| 摘 要： | 目的探讨升主动脉瘤切除同期主动脉瓣置换术的手术配合及护理要点。方法总结16例在体外循环下行升主动脉瘤切除同期主动脉瓣置换术患者的术中护理配合方法和措施。结果本组病例均顺利完成手术,术中器械护士及巡回护士配合达到预期效果,术后患者恢复良好,顺利出院。结论手术室护士术前充分了解病情及手术操作过程,完备物品准备和心理准备,术中积极主动与手术医师、麻醉医师、灌注医师默契配合,是手术顺利进行、成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the nursing and matching points of excision for aneurysm of ascending aorta combined replacement of aortic valve. Methods Summarized the nursing and matching points for 16 patients who had accepted the excision for aneurysm of ascending aorta combined replacement of aortic valve. Results All the patients have obtained successful operation, and leaved the hospital healthily. Conclusions Finished preparation, careful mental nursing and the tacit cooperation between the doctors and nurses were the key points which can guarantee the success of the operation. |
